Copy of the proceedings of a general court martial held at the Horse-guards for the trial of Colonel Hugh Debbieg of the Corps of Royal Engineers: on three charges exhibited against him by Charles, Duke of Richmond, &c., Master General of His Majesty's ordnance : to which is added, copies of the opening of the charges and of the reply to the defence as delivered by the Duke of Richmond at the trial, of which only short minutes were entered in the proceedings of the court martial : also the sentence, as delivered by His Majesty, to be issued in general orders.
